Last week here on the blog of Hotel Florida Spa we recommend you visit Mijas to enjoy its fantastic flamenco shows.

Today’s recommendation will not make you have to go too far, as it is a fun plan in Fuengirola.

The plan in fact is a free exhibition called “Japanese Calmness and Andalusian Passion”.

This beautiful exhibit includes works by Japanese artist Michiko Bokka, and it will be on display from Friday the 14th of September till Friday the 5th of October in Casa de la Cultura, located right in the city centre of Fuengirola.

Michiko Bokka moved to Andalusia in 2004, her works are made using India ink and in them she tries to find calmness and dynamism.

Bokka has exhibited her works in countries like Italy, United States and Japan, so it is a real privilege to have one of her exhibitions in Fuengirola.

If you love art and the Japanese culture and you are on holiday with us at Hotel Yaramar we recommend you not to miss the opportunity to visit this great exhibition.

We are sure you will really enjoy it!
